The Vibrant Life Coaching Programme is for those with an internal knowing they're not living how they're supposed to. This is not a temporary, surface-level solution. Instead, we work with mind, body and soul to uncover and work through the root causes of what’s holding you back so that you can confidently embrace the life you desire.

We clarify who your authentic self is and what your vibrant life looks like based on your desires, values and goals.

This sets the baseline of what we will work towards. 

To equip you to start tackling your blocks without a sense of shame or fear, we build your internal sense of safety and stability by working with your body and inner self.

As you work towards creating your vibrant life, blocks will come up that previously would’ve made you self-sabotage.

 

We gently work through these fears, shame, and unhelpful tendencies, allowing you to move forward with motivation.​

With newfound clarity and strength, you’ll plan and take action from an inspired place.

 

By working with body, mind and spirit you’ll feel empowered to tackle what once felt daunting and transform action into a source of energy.​​

​This stage focuses on maintaining momentum as you keep achieving more and more.

 

You’ll continue moving forward through each new challenge, using the skills and insights gained to maintain authentic action and growth.

The Vibrant Life Coaching Programme offers a holistic trauma-informed approach combinin classic coaching methods with manifestation and somatic work for full impact results.

Programme Details:

13 Sessions:

  • Weekly over 3 months OR

  • Bi-weekly over 6 months

 

Session Length: 50 minutes each
